Lake Office

The Wildflower Association Office lower level recreation area and the upstairs meeting room are available for rental by property owners on a first come, first served basis. The deposit for the downstairs room and the upstairs room is $50.00 A rental fee of $50.00 for the downstairs room and a $30.00 for the upstairs meeting room. See Policy 108 for more information.

Golf Course

Persons allowed to use the golf course:

Residents
Residents immediate family. Immediate family is defined as parents, grandparents, children & their spouses, and grandchildren and their spouses.

Guest of Resident
$10 per day or 5 golf passes for $40(passes are good for one day)

Payment is accepted at the lake office during business hours (8am to 4pm, Mon-Sat)

After hours, please drop payment in the golf box, located behind the signs at the #1 tee.

Sign- in station located at the front entrance of the lake office.

Costs: $10.00 a day or 5 passes for $40 for guests
